Packing List
Why should you take a CPBS course? Check out our video!
This is a list of recommended items for your stay at Cedar Point. To help you, we have identified items in bold that we think are indispensable (or at least high priority). You should be prepared for storms and biting insects while expecting to get wet and dirty as a part of class exercises or out on your own.
Over 900 scres of land at CPBS functions as the classroom for most of our field-oriented courses. Bring clothes and shoes suitable for wading, canoeing, and hiking in rocky terrain (there are snakes and burrs, so long pants are highly recommended). Field activities are conducted in any type of weather, so bring clothes suitable for wet and cold weather as well as hot and dry. Most Cedar Point buildings are not air-conditioned.
