Edna I. & William H. Linder Fellowship

The Linder fellowship will support an upper-level undergraduate student or first year graduate student conducting research while in residence at Cedar Point.

Review of applications will begin on March 5, 2008.

Short Proposal

The proposal should describe the research you plan to conduct and should include a brief overview of your research questions and significance , and a brief description of the portion of the research that you will conduct while you are at Cedar Point. Maximum of two single-spaced pages, 10-12 pt standard font.

Explanation of Fund Use

Funds (up to $1000) may be used to defray costs of supplies, materials, and/or room and board at Cedar Point.

Transcripts

Recipient of this scholarship must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

Letter(s) of Recommendation

One letter must be submitted by your research sponsor/advisor. An additional letter of support from another UNL faculty member may also be solicited.

NOTE: Applicants must be enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences at UNL.
